Introtema Software Information

Introtema Software is an internal tool developed for the employees of Introtema Copyright & Translation Agency to manage company operations.

Who can use this website?

Only Introtema employees who have been given a username and password can access this internal website.

Each employee logs in with a personal username and password.

Why do we need Google Authorization for Meeting Invitations?

When attending book fairs, the calendar function of the software is used to track and manage appointments. At this stage, Google requests authorization and asks the user to select the account to grant access. Since the application is currently in testing, my email account has been authorized for access through the system.

On the Google permission screen, Google requests confirmation to allow the Introtema application to access an employee's calendar. By granting permission, the application is able to add, edit, and cancel events in their calendars.

After completing this authorization, users can create detailed event entries and share calendar links with relevant contacts to schedule meetings effectively.

From whom does Introtema website request access?

The Introtema website requests Google Calendar permission only from its employees and no one else.

The visitors or people to whom we send meeting invitations do not face any authorization requests.
